I provide coaching to help you get the entry level biomedical engineering job that you want. I’m a biomedical engineer (BME) myself with over 20 years of experience working in the medical device industry. I’ve worked for a number of medical device companies, and currently I run a medical device consulting business.
I have been a part of many hiring teams at several different medical device companies and know what companies are looking for in candidates.
Getting a job in the biomedical industry is not intuitive. First, there isn’t a job titled “biomedical engineer.” Second, majoring in biomedical engineering might not give you access to the jobs that you’d think, but will open up other jobs that you may not even know exist. I’m here to help you navigate the uncertainty and chart the correct course to landing the job that you want.
Unlike most career coaches who tend to focus on executive level clients across all industries, my focus is on helping engineers start their careers in the biomedical industry.
It’s never too early or late to start planning the path to your entry level job
Let’s discuss your goals and aspirations first. I can help you decide if BME is the right major to help you achieve your goals, and also which colleges to target to maximize your chances of landing your dream job.
If you don’t have a clear plan in place to build your experience, now is the time to make one. I will guide you on how to obtain the right experience to build the resume that companies are looking for.
We should talk immediately! Based on what all you’ve done so far, I’ll help you determine what your best employment prospects are and will work on a plan with you to attack the job market.
